cancellations happen. where possible DBW will endeavour to serve you in the best possible way.
DBW will give you a 48 hr reminder of your appointment time.
if you need to cancel with 48hr notice no fee is due.
if you need to cancel with 24hr notice without needing a re-schedule, 50% of the paid fee is due.
if you book a session and cancel within 24hr the full fee is due.
